Super dying me....

I think I m dying soon......... Haiz

I super restless & my neck is super aching...

I just went for a massage but seem to be of no help at all..



Anyone can give suggestion of what i can do to relieve my bad ache..



I think i really need to do some exercise or try to sleep earlier...



But the problem is ????????



I cant sleep well...



I had been drinking choya to get myself to sleep or even alcholic drink.
